Fisher-Price has recalled all models of its Rock 'n Play Sleepers after they had reports of injuries and deaths. The total number of deaths due to this Fisher-Price sleeper is 30, and the company wants to make sure no other babies or children get hurt so that's why they are recalling all models of this toy. This major recall will be covering 4.7 million sleepers manufactured since 2009, that were sold at major retailers.

According to Fisher-Price and WLNS, the infant deaths and injuries and have occurred after infants have rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained. If you have one of these you can contact Fisher-Price for a refund and also check on more about the recall here.
