Tomorrow, the 87th Tulip Time Festival kicks off in Holland, Michigan! From the seventh to the fourteenth, the city will play host to tons of people, fun activities, and of course... tulips!

The namesake of the festival - Tulips - can be found all throughout the city; over 6 million to be exact! Some of the "premier tulips plantings" can be found at a few locations:

  • Window on the Waterfront
  • Centennial Park
  • 12th Street
  • River Avenue

Between the city parks, streets, and different attractions, you'll be able to take in the gorgeous view of about 6 miles of tulips.

Some of the other fun activities through the week include: a cool city trolley tour (Dutch-costumed guide included), an Arts & Crafts fair, traditional Dutch dancing, a Carnival, and TONS more! You can check out a list of events and times HERE.

A trip to Holland to take in the gorgeous views and smells could make for an excellent Mother's Day or Graduation gift, it would make for a fun experience as well as a gift! If you've been to the festival before, what would you suggest to check out? Let me know on Facebook, or in the comments below!
