#AdoptLansing – Meet Kimberly & CAHS Holiday Open House

Penny from the Capital Area Humane Society stopped by this morning with Kimberly.

Hey! Hey you! You sitting on the couch - you're boring me! Let's go on an adventure! My name is Kimberly, and I'm an athletic, outdoors kind of girl. Don't let my small size fool you, I'm no froo-froo fido. I'm looking for someone to take me on long hikes through the woods or jogs in the park. Don't worry about having to carry me - I can walk for miles! At 11 pounds, I won't take up much room on your bed and will fit in the smallest apartment. I am tolerant of handling and friendly with everyone. I'm pretty much the perfect dog! Come in and take me home today! #AdoptLansing

The CAHS annual Holiday Open House will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. During the event, Santa will stop by to take pictures with patrons and their pets. There will be a huge bake sale full of delicious sweets and doggy treats, refreshments, as well as adoption specials all day. Last year, they raised close to $2,000 for homeless pets during the event. We hope to see you there!
