“Zombie Walk Jackson Revived” This Weekend

Here's another event to get you into the Halloween spirit, plus it's for a great cause. It's the Zombie Walk, Jackson Revive, and it starts at 3 PM Saturday, Oct. 5, at the Commonwealth Commerce Center (209 E. Washington Ave).

Not only will there be a walk, but there will also be a costume contest at 5 PM as well as vendors. Also, if you need help with your zombie makeup, there will be a makeup session from 3 PM to 4:30 PM before the events start. In addition, an after party with a zombie pin-up contest, brain eating contest, silent auction, DJ and dancing begins at 7 PM. The theme for this year's walk is Game of Thrones with the party being called "The Red Wedding."

The event is for a great cause as it helps the Homeless Veteran community of Jackson.
