The Five Signs You Are Stressed Out
We all might feel a little stressed or have some anxiety but there are five signs that show you or someone you know is stressed out and could use some help. There are tons of changes in our lives whether it means a job loss, home schooling, or the health around you and it can cause changes in your mental and overall health.
According to MLive, feeling any sort of stress or anxiety might not lead to overall depression but if you are showing any of the signs below then you will want to talk to someone. There are plenty of people to talk to as a number of telehealth programs are available through out the state and most without a doctor referral. Some programs that can help are Spectrum Health and Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (the last two are offered for members only).
Plus the National Suicide Prevention hotline is available 24/7 at 800-273-8255. There is also a warmline for people with persistent mental heath issues it is available seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. at 888-PEER-753 (888-733-7753).
