There are plenty of people to talk to as a number of telehealth programs are available through out the state and most without a doctor referral. Some programs that can help are Spectrum Health and Pine Rest Christian Mental Health ServicesAetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (the last two are offered for members only).

Plus the National Suicide Prevention hotline is available 24/7 at 800-273-8255. There is also a warmline for people with persistent mental heath issues it is available seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. at 888-PEER-753 (888-733-7753).
