To Jackson residents, this closure could affect your next commute.

Starting Monday, Louis Glick Highways is going to be closed in both directions to traffic for sewer work that will be installed under the Comerica bank building, according to WILX.

This will take place North of Jackson Street and Louis Glick Highway, according to a city release. From Wildwood Avenue to Cooper street on Louis Glick Highway, traffic will be closed, but signs will be placed up for alternate routes.

The construction, could take place until the end of this month, so plan your routes accordingly. Once the construction is done, however, new concrete will be laid down in to replace the old road.

If you have a business or home along this stretch of construction, they will still be accessible.
