Halloween is one of the best times of the year. You get dressed up, you get candy, you get scared, and you watch scary movies.

It's fun for the entire family. And even the family pet. We love putting the dogs in costume and parading them around the neighborhood with the kids. And the photos are adorable. Did you not see the bulldog bumblebee?

All the holidays are made better with our furry friends. If you don't have one, our friends at Ingham County Animal Control will definitely be able to help you out. And save you some cash in the process.

Ingham County Animal Control & Shelter wants to encourage people to adopt with a new “Howl-O-Ween” special. Starting Friday, October 16th through Saturday, October 31st ICACS will be adopting dogs out at half price. Senior dogs are $25, Adult dogs are $50, and puppies under 6 months are $75. This adoption fee includes a one year dog license, microchip, current vaccinations, and the pet has been spayed/neutered. (ICAC)

You could get a new family member for a really great price and it includes some awesome bonuses (license, microchip, and vaccinations).

This event is happening now through Howl-O-Ween on the 31st.

And you know the longer you wait, the bigger the chance that someone grabs the pooch you want. So get to the ICAC in Mason as soon as possible to meet and adopt your new friend.
