Michigan, Get Creative—Here’s How You Can Remix Thanksgiving Leftovers
How's that food baby doing? Did you gobble 'til you wobble? Or did you take it easy for Thanksgiving? No matter what, please tell me you grabbed some leftovers.
There's nothing better than taking home a plate from the holiday get-together. It saves you from having to make anything else the next day when you're sleeping off all those extra carbs.
Yes, I got up for seconds AND made a plate, what of it?
Plus, if your family is anything like mine, no matter how many people got up for seconds (or thirds, no judgment here), you probably have a ton of Thanksgiving leftovers because everyone makes so much food...turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, corn pudding, green bean casserole, rolls, and the list goes on.
Instead of just reheating those leftovers, why not make something new out of what you have? That way, you're not eating the same thing day-in and day-out for the next week or so.
Get Creative with Those Holiday Leftovers
I did some internet searching trying to find some of the best ways you can reuse your Thanksgiving leftovers, and I found some delicious ideas! Some of them are pretty simple, others, a little more involved. But, all have tons of delicious potential.
Check out the ideas below! There are a few dish ideas from Food Network that sound delicious and are pretty easy to put together with those Thanksgiving leftovers.
