COPS Won’t Be Filming in Ingham County Now

If you are a fan of the TV show "COPS" you may have known that the show was supposed to film in Ingham County but after consideration it won't now. This is according to the Sheriff of Ingham County Scott Wrigglesworth.

Reasons for the cancellation are that many residents, other police, and people who work for the county all had concerns the show would be "memorializing someone’s worst day for entertainment purposes." They sent out a notification from the Ingham County Non-public Alert System to notify residents of the production cancellation.
