Alert: Popular Yogurt Parfait Recalled in Michigan
A popular Yogurt brand just announced a major recall, that is hitting us here in the state of Michigan. The FDA recalled a popular Bonya-branded yogurt parfait, that was sold in retail stores nationwide.
The low-fat yogurt parfait, which is in 12 oz clear plastic cups, which has many various flavors, including vanilla, raspberry, mango, strawberry, peach, and even blueberry, just got recalled here in the state of Michigan.

The products will have a best by date of May 5th, 2025, however, for those who like to have a frozen parfait, may want to check your freezers real quick.
The recall was initiated after the FDA found undeclared almonds inside of the parfaits, which is a granola component in the cups. This could be a life-threatening risk for those who could have an almond allergy.
Consumers are asked to not eat the product, and can return it at their place of purchase for a full refund. You can also simply dispose of them if you so choose too.
