Kraft is recalling Velveeta Cheese at Walmart stores in Michigan and a dozen other states because of "insufficient levels of sorbic acid."  Wait.  Acid?  In my cheese?

This blog just got weird.

Basically, they didn't put enough of the, ya know, NOT cheese into the cheese and as a result, it might spoil "prematurely."  Or, as farmers would call it, "at the natural time."

If you are one of those people that likes acid in their cheese (hey, I'm not judgin', I've been known to melt a block over some broccoli), you are going to want to check your package.

Again, this blog...totally awkward.
