Just about everyone loves apples, what's not to love. Apple Pie, Taffy Apples, and of course just for a healthy snack.  When I was a kid my aunt used to boil apples in Rasberry pop or soda as some call it.  It made the apples soft and extra sweet.

Apples are great for you too. They may lower high cholesterol and blood pressure says everydayhealth.com. They have fiber, can aid digestion, can support a healthy immune system, are a diabetes-Friendly fruit, and yes, they have antioxidants which some say may play a role in preventing cancer.
