Reported Shooting in Lansing near LCC

*UPDATE* Here is the article where the Lansing State Journal is saying a 20 year old man has suffered a gun shot wound to his leg. Still no details on how he was shot.

*UPDATE* notification sent out at 12:46 PM says LCC Police have searched the buildings for suspects and will continue to patrol the area. At this time there is no danger on campus. If you see something suspicious call DPS 483-1800.

So far here is what we know via Facebook posts. LCC's star system has been calling students to alert them of a shooting near LCC.

They are not under lockdown.

The shooting was on Seymour street close to campus. That's the only details at this time. Will update as more information comes in.
