Moriarty’s Pub “Celebration of New Ownership” this Sunday!!

Moriarty's Pub, located on Michigan Ave in Lansing, has been a favorite bar of mine for a few years now. It's the perfect spot to catch up with an old friend over a pint and also has a veggie wrap to die for.

On Sunday, April 27th, Moriarty's will have an open house celebrating two longtime staff members taking over ownership of the bar. Joy Allswede, one of MY MOST FAVE bartenders ever, has bought the pub with kitchen manager Carolyn Baron. They are going to keep the name and the Irish vibe of the place, which I think is a fantastic idea.
