Fall weather. You gotta love it. And this year we have a little bit of Summer left over and creeping into Fall. A perfect time for you and the kiddos to head out. Find a place to grab some cider, explore a corn maze, and maybe pick your own pumpkin or some apples. Mid-Michigan is the perfect place to get out, enjoy the fall colors, and make some memories with your family. Take plenty of pictures and visit some of these great locations. For a complete list (and thanks for this partial one) head on over to Lansing Family Fun.

Uncle John’s Cider Mill

If you’ve been here, then you know why it’s first on our list. It’s more than a pumpkin patch. Visit for FREE. They have pumpkins, an apple orchard, cider/cider mill, and donuts. They also have a huge jumping pillow, yard and obstacle course games (no charge during the weekdays, a small charge during the weekend), hard cider bar tastings, concessions, and hay rides.

Clearview Orchards

This pumpkin patch is known for their apples, so don’t forget to stock up on delicious Michigan apples before you head home.

Shawhaven Farms

Plan on a day trip for this one, guys, because there’s SO MUCH to do here. One of the biggest attractions is the corn maze. See the animals, shoot the air cannon, play yard games, and more. You’ll just have to go to fully understand the fun waiting for you.

Peacock Road Family Farm

"Fall Fun on the Farm" is their motto, and boy, do they live up to that! Monday – Friday enjoy a hayride to the pumpkin patch and a visit to the animals. Saturday and Sunday come with a slew of fun adventures: pony rides, pig races, mazes, train rides, apple slingshot, hay mound and more!

*General Admission

Again, this is just a partial list. For a COMPLETE listing and rundown of all things pumpkin patches, corn mazes, and apple picking/cider drinking, head over to Lansing Family Fun.
