A proposed rule change would allow dispensaries to buy marijuana from licensed caregivers who grow it at home.

Now, the dispensaries would still have to test it (to make sure it safe) and apparently the Governor is on board with this.

The powers that be are expected to make a ruling and have a decision by March 21st.
