McDonald’s McRib Is Coming Back Nationwide

Well at least there is one good thing to look forward to. The McDonald's McRib will be available nationwide on December 2, 2020. This is a big announcement since this is the first time the specialty sandwich will be available in all 14,400 United States McDonald's locations.

Who knew that every McDonald's was not serving this annually? Seriously, why wouldn't they? Anyway, it is no longer an issue. Like I said, something to look forward to. Maybe this year I will try one. I have never really had an interest, or believed the McRib hype. Have I been missing out?

I will tell you this, I was late to the game on a Popeyes Chicken Sandwich, and boy am I glad I now know what's up. It is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. If you have never had their original chicken sandwich - get in your car and go now. I have not tried the Popeye's Spicy Chicken Sandwich myself, but I have heard great things about it too. I just love the original too much, not to order it. Another good thing about this particular sandwich is it is always on the menu.

I am trying to think of what other offerings fast food giants serve up just once a year? The first thing that comes to my mind is also from McDonald's, the Shamrock Shake. The best shake on the market as far as I am concerned. Nothing says St. Patrick's Day like a Shamrock Shake (and a lot of beer). What else am I missing in terms of seasonal fast food?
