Mad Clowns Upset That Scary Clowns ‘Sensationalize the Norm’

I don't mean to offend.  Believe it or not, I have more than one friend that is a clown.  Okay, that's not exactly surprising.  Just about ALL of my friends are clowns.  But, I'm talking like -- seriously -- face paint, unicycle, big red nose, floppy shoes and water-squiring flower... (it gets me every time.)

But, sometimes the jokes... they write themselves.

The President of Clowns of America International (because there is such a thing), Glenn Kohlberger, is upset at the scary depiction of clowns in American Horror Story: Freak Show.  Kohlberger, also known as 'Clyde D. Scope,' told The Hollywood Reporter -quote- "Hollywood makes money sensationalizing the norm."

Uhhhh... YOU WEAR A PAINTED SMILE AND GIANT SHOES!
