Its the most wonderful day of the year for the Lansing Jaycees! Easter Egg Hunt on the Capitol Lawn!

Join us in the crisp spring morning air for set-up. Watch as the crowds start to gather and mill about at the steps of the iconic Capitol building, making crafts, petting Potter Park Zoo animals, getting balloon hats made by Crash the Clown and her sidekick.
Then, THE HUNT! The best 30 seconds EVER, as we watch hundreds of children dive into the grass for Easter eggs! And we do it all again two more times for the other age groups!One of Lansing Jaycees signature events! Festivities for the children of the community include an egg scramble, raffle, several mascots to visit with, the Easter Bunny, and so much more! Volunteers are needed at 8:00 a.m. at the Capitol lawn. The public activities are from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., with the hunt beginning promptly at 11:00 a.m. sharp. The hunt will have separate areas for age ranges: 0 to 4 and 5 to 12. The raffle will follow.
