Buddy’s Pizza Delta Township & 1st 100 Free Pizza Giveaway UPDATE

Buddy’s is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our guests, employees and community. For the last several weeks, we’ve been preparing for the possible scenarios related to COVID-19 and ensuring the right plans, procedures and resources are in place - including increased cleaning and sanitizing of stores. As part of that commitment and diligence, we’ve decided to alter the plan for media preview this Friday and the grand opening event on March 19.

 

For grand opening on March 19, we will now randomly select 100 people from the VIB program signup list to receive free pizza for one year, rather than giving the first 100 people in line free pizza for one year. Due to these changes, we have extended our deadline for signups to 5 p.m. on Friday, March 13, allowing more Buddy’s fans the chance to win. The 100 individuals chosen will be invited to make an online reservation for opening day on the 19^th. What is Detroit Style Pizza?

It's square. And no doubt the best pieces are the corners where the cheese gets all caramelized and crunchy. Ain't nothing like it.

And some of the best at making it are the one and only Buddy's Pizza. And their Delta Township location opens up on March 19th.

And as an added bonus, when the doors open on March 19 the first 100 people inside the restaurant will receive free pizza for a year. (LSJ)

Among them, at the front of the line, will be families served by Haven House, an East Lansing-based nonprofit that provides emergency housing and support services for one-parent and two-parent families with children.

Before its March 19 grand opening some pizza enthusiasts and community members will get a sneak peak at the eatery. Buddy's Pizza will hold a preview event, with a tour of the space, at 10:30 a.m. on March 13.

Are you one of Buddy's biggest fans? Buddy's Pizza is launching its first ever Very Important Buddy (VIB) club, and they are asking you to tell them why you should be a part of it.

The program will kick-off at the new West Lansing location on Friday, March 13 with exclusive experiences, behind the scenes access and of course, lots and lots of Original Detroit-Style Pizza.
