Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda" has helped her surpass Michael Jackson on the Billboard Hot 100 for number of hits, taking her from being tied with the late singer at 50 to being tied with Rod Stewart at 51.

Minaj was surprised herself, not knowing that she was tied with The King of Pop in the first place.

And you may be thinking to yourself, "How on Earth is this possible?" Well, Yahoo explains it best, citing that Minaj didn't have to be the lead artist for the song to count. Minaj could be considered a featured artist on a song, and that could still count towards her numbers.
