Major Flood In Lansing Has Happened Before, Could Happen Again [PHOTOS]

Historic flooding has devastated the Detroit area this summer, but it's not something the Lansing area hasn't seen. The Lansing State Journal has pulled from its archives numerous photos of a major flood back in 1975, and stats that show this kind of major flood doesn't happen often, but it does happen.
