UFO’s in Lansing Michigan?!?!?! [VIDEO]

Okay... As I'm playing around on YouTube today, I found THIS video... The only information it has is the title 'UFO's in Lansing Michigan.' Here's the deal, it was uploaded 2 hours ago... so obviously it was not shot today if it was in Lansing, because, well there's no snow on the ground in the video, and we have snow everywhere! I can't tell where this is shot either... anybody know the location? Thoughts? UFO's? Are they out there?!?! Some one cue up the X-Files theme music!
