Today is 7/11: 7-Eleven Day And That Means Free Slurpees

7-Eleven is their name. It's also their birthday. And on their birthday, they want to give you a present. 7/11 is July 11th and that means free slurpees.

Happy birthday to one of our favorite convenience stores. You look great at 92!

They started this tradition of giving back on their birthday back in 1992. And we're really thankful especially on a day like today (hot and humid with a high near 85).

How's it work?

Free Slurpees are available while supplies last between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday. Sensing a theme here? There's a limit of one Slurpee per customer, per location...so if you feel like driving over to the next 7-Eleven for another 12-ounce cherry/Coke/blueberry lemonade drink, no one will stop you...however, you may want to stick to one. (Delish)
