The NEW Spartans Alternate Uniforms? NEON LIME GREEN? What?

It was a busy weekend. You had stuff to do. Your taxes, there was a lot going on downtown (Lansing Ignite), there was Game of Thrones, Tiger Tiger Woods y'all and more. So maybe you missed the reveal of the new Spartans Alternate Uniforms.

Michigan State's football program unveiled over the weekend a new Nike lime-green alternate uniform players are expected to wear at least once during the 2019 season.

It has generated mixed reviews on social media, including pleas from at least two former Spartans for current players to never wear them. (Lansing State Journal)

Neon lime green? The jury is still out on this one. But the masses have spoken and they are not pleased. All is not lost. They only have to wear it once. And from the looks of what people are saying on social media, that will be more than enough.
