Searching For the Best Sushi in the Lansing Area
You might say I am a creature of habit. Well, lately I have been on a sushi kick. I have eaten it five times in the last two weeks. It was a dish I did not fancy until I was in my late 20s.
What Exactly Is Sushi?
Wiki's definition of sushi is a traditional Japanese dish of vinegared rice, usually with some sugar and salt, joined by a variety of ingredients, such as seafood, often raw, and vegetables. Styles of sushi vary, but the one key ingredient is "sushi rice," also referred to as shari, or sumeshi. I have no problem with raw fish as long as it's fresh.

One of the reasons I am on this rampage of eating a lot of sushi is I live near Capital City Market in downtown Lansing. There is a chef there daily and it's awesome. A huge variety and I am trying some new items that I have not had before.
Living so close to a Meijer is making me grocery shop more and eat out a bit less. So I am eating healthier these days.
