Recall: Chicken Sold at Kroger Might Be Contaminated
There is a big recall alert that is going around the nation and it has to do with chicken that might be contaminated with listeria. WLNS has details about the chicken that is under the recall as it a nationwide recall, but it is affecting chicken that has been sold at Kroger in Michigan.
The chicken under recall was called from Tip Top Poultry, Inc. and their ready-to-eat poultry products that were used in additional products, including possibly being served from a deli counter in grocery stores. The chicken could be cooked, diced or shredded and produced between January 21, 2019 and September 24, 2019. You can see all of the Recalled Products here. There have been no illness or deaths reported, but if have any of the products under the recall don't eat it, and if you are sick, report it to your doctor.
