Nike Is Releasing Michigan and Michigan State Running Shoes

Nike is dropping the new College Zoom Pegasus series with some dope Michigan and Michigan State designs today.

Nike is no stranger to college sports, in fact they hold exclusive apparel contracts at many big schools across the country, including Michigan. In the past most of the gear that Nike produces is for the university, or uniform based. That's why everyone is geeked up about the new shoe release.

Both the University of Michigan and Michigan State University are part of the College Zoom Pegasus 37 release. There are 19 colleges total that will be featured including U of M and MSU. Both schools are obviously excited about being part of the release.

Even with the $130 price tag, I am expecting that these limited edition shoes will be sold out by the end of the day today. If you want to try and get your hands on the shoes right now, you can follow the links in the tweets from MSU and UofM, or you can shop from Nike here.

I'm not much of a runner, but I do know that the Zoom Pegasus series are extremely popular with runners. Now with the addition of your favorite school, it's safe to assume that these will go fast.
