New Vaping Laws Could Put More Restrictions

Vaping has been and still is a huge topic of conversation especially on the House floor and the Michigan House has made more laws regarding it. According to WILX, the Michigan House of Representatives passed legislation Friday to put broad restrictions on flavored vaping and tobacco products. The extra restrictions in this bill would also ban flavored products including menthol-flavored vaping items and cigarettes.

The Michigan law is basically following with what the White House has done about flavor vaping earlier in the month. This bill though would leave menthol-flavored products intact and allowed for tank-based products in vape shops in every flavor. Most don't think the bill will make past the Senate and onto Governor Whitmer but it will go to the Senate floor soon.
