Panera Bread fans who also happen to be on the campus of Michigan State University, rejoice! You're getting a Panera Bread! According to the Lansing State Journal, the restaurant will be joining Spartan Country this Fall.

Panera Bread will be located in the Minskoff Pavilion of the Broad College of Business. Construction of the Pavillion is due to be completed in July and Panera Bread is slated to take up around two thousand square feet of the one hundred thousand square foot area.

The MSU Board of Trustees approved a 10-year lease with Panera Bread's parent company last Friday which calls for Michigan State to receive $50,000 a year from Panera Bread for six years and then the university will be paid $55,000 a year after that initial period.

Panera Bread will join other food service companies on the Michigan State campus that are owned and operated by companies that are independent of the university.
