The Lansing Michigan Secretary of State has been closed most of Monday and all of Tuesday due to shooting happening there on Monday. The Lansing Michigan SOS office, which is located at 3315 Michigan Ave, had a scary moment just around 11AM Monday as a bullet pierced the front window of the office. The branch was closed from that point forward as police investigated. According to the Police report and MLive, the police believe that a man was standing in front of the Michigan SOS office and was shot by a person in a vehicle. The person who was shot at and the vehicle both left the scene before police arrived and no report was made by the person who was shot at.

The Michigan SOS office was open at the time and there were about 40 customers and 13 employees and no one was injured fortunately. You can see more from the Michigan Department of State below, and the whole story here.
