
WARNING: Popular Item Being Recalled From Michigan Sam’s Club Stores

However, if you're a Michigan Sam's Club shopper, you may want to pay attention to this recall, as there's a new one, and it is about Listeria.

If you have the Member's Mark Freeze-Dried Fruity Variety Packs, you may want to check the information on the packaging, as they're being recalled over Listeria contamination here in Michigan.

The recall affects 15-count boxes that were sold in Michigan between July 1st and July 25th in 42 states, including Michigan.
Here's the details on the recall:
- UPC Code: 3968 50900 21 9
- Use-by Dates: June 24, 2027 + July 25, 2027
Why the Product Was Pulled
Doehler Dry Ingredient Solutions, LLC discovered the issue during some routine testing on their products. No illnesses have been reported linked back to the product so far, but Listeria isn't something to take lightly.
Who Is at Risk from Listeria?
For those who are pregnant, elderly, or have a weakened immune system, this could potentially be more risky if you get Listeria.
What to Do If You Bought It
Even if you have the product, the FDA is saying not to eat it. If you bought the freeze-dried fruit, you should toss it out. You can also return it to any Sam's Club store, receipt is not needed, for a full refund.
Multiple states were involved in this recall, including Alabama, California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Texas, and 34 other states.
