Lugnuts Reveal 2021 Opening Day Projected Roster

The Lansing Lugnuts announced their Opening Day projected roster for the 2021 season, the 25th in the history of the Lugnuts franchise.

The Lugnuts did not play in the 2020 season due to the coronavirus pandemic.  And they are now entering their first season as the High-A Central League affiliate for the Oakland Athletics.

Three state of Michigan collegiate players will likely start the 2021 season in Lansing.  Pitchers Jeff Criswell and Jack Weisenberger, formerly of the University of Michigan, join former Eastern Michigan infielder Max Schuemann.

Lansing opens the season next Tuesday night at Jackson Field against the Lake County Captains.
