What Is Sea Leveaux Cajun Boil?

Sea Leveaux Cajun Boil is a fast-casual seafood eatery (think, Chipotle-style service) that focuses on Cajun-style seafood boils and includes things like crab legs, crawfish, scallops, shrimp, and more. And what's a seafood boil without sides like corn, potatoes, and broccoli? It's also possible that they'll be serving cocktails, as the owners applied for a liquor license.

We originally learned that this seafood restaurant would be coming to Lansing in March 2025. And at that time, they hoped to open sometime in summer 2025. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

When Is Sea Leveaux Opening in Lansing?

Now, it looks like the wait may finally be coming to a close as Sea Leveaux has signage up and posters in the window that say "Coming Soon 2026". When you look at the eatery's Facebook page, they last posted in mid-February that they were opening sometime in April.

An opening date has not yet been announced. But when Sea Leveaux does open its doors, you can find it located at 200 S. Washington Square. It was formerly the home of Grand Traverse Pie Company, which closed in August 2023.
