Dash Cam Video: Plane Clips Bridge, Crashes [VIDEO]

58 people were on board a Taiwanese turbo-prop that had just taken off minutes prior, when it apparently lost an engine and slowly fell toward earth, dipping to one side and clipping a freeway overpass just before it crashed into a river.

More than twenty survivors have been reported, however, twenty are unaccounted for.  12 fatalities have been reported.
