It's never too early to start planning a Michigan Roadtrip...and here's just one of the places you should stop and see...Dahlia Hill Gardens in Midland.
(SEE PHOTO GALLERY BELOW)

Every May, Dahlia Hill comes back to life after the long fall, winter and spring months. The garden is structured on a hill with eight terraces with over 250 varieties of over three thousand dahlias. They all have identification labels so you know what you're looking at!

The garden has pathways and three stairways throughout so you can ensconce yourself smack dab among the flowers.

Other photo ops include statues and sculptures throughout the grounds; there are places to sit and rest and museums at the top of the hill.

NOW WAIT A MINUTE!
Some of you guys may think this is something too "foofy" for you...well, guess again. Even hard-nose truckers & bikers have been known to stop and enjoy the atmosphere of Dahlia Hill...so put that fake macho attitude aside and enjoy yourself.

HOW TO GET THERE:
1) Take 127 to Mount Pleasant.
2) Take US-20 east to Midland.
