The State News reports that three people have been arrested in connection with the death of MSU sophomore, Dustyn Louis Frolka.

Frolka, 19, was found late last Saturday night, February 15th, laying in the travel lane of I-69 at the East Lansing exit.

The motorist that discovered Frolka happened to be a nurse and administered first aid until EMS arrived.  Authorities said Frolka was in "respiratory distress" when they arrived.  He was later pronounced dead at Sparrow Hospital.

The report says the three, two adults and one juvenile, are scheduled to be arraigned Monday in 65th District Court in St. Johns.
