An MSU sophomore from Owosso was found on I-69 on Saturday night by a passing motorist.

Dustyn Louis Frolka, 19, was laying partially clothed at the East Lansing exit, number 94, and was in "respiratory distress" when authorities arrived on the scene, according
to Bath Township Police.  The call to authorities was received shortly before 10:30pm.

The motorist that discovered Frolka happened to be a nurse and administered first aid until EMS arrived.  Frolka was then transported to Sparrow Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Bath Township Police are currently treating Frolka's death as a homicide.  Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Sgt. Gary Smith at (517) 641-6271 or by email at police@bathtownship.us.
