Are Bladeless Turbines The Solution to the Wind-Power Problem?

I've never heard of these bladeless turbines, but apparently the new technology creates more energy with less wind, and it's all powered by a jiggle, as UpWorthy notes.

One would hope that this new technology would solve all the wind turbine-related problems in Michigan, but somehow I don't think one that TuscolaToday.com tells the story of, is going to be remedied so easy.
