UPDATE #2! The Weather Channel and The National Weather Service agree -- we should expect more snow than originally forecasted. The Weather Channel says 5 to 8 inches of snow. The NWS says we should expect more than 6 inches of total accumulation, beginning with less than an inch on Friday night. The majority of snow fall is anticipated during the day on Saturday.

A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for Saturday 1am until Sunday 7am.

UPDATE! The Weather Channel now says we're looking at 3 to 5 inches of snow on Saturday, and the National Weather Service goes further -- saying that we should expect to be on the high end of the Weather Channel's prediction. The NWS calls for 4 inches during the day Saturday and an additional inch in the evening.

Here it comes!  After wind and rain mid-week, you'll need to dig out those snow boots!  The weekend forecast for mid-Michigan says with relative certainty that we're going to see a decent amount of snow on Saturday.

One to three inches of accumulation is what forecasters at The Weather Channel are predicting.  Also, my wife said snow is coming, so, ya know... I'd get prepared.

I give you the weather deets multiple times an hour every weekday morning, so no worries -- I'll keep you posted.
