Apparently if you are a millennial or a young teen driver according to a recent study you take more risks behind the wheel.

A new study from the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety found 88% of young millennials engaged in at least one risky behavior while driving in the past month. Some of these risky behaviors are texting while driving, red-light running and speeding.

More information that comes from this are that traffic deaths rose 7% from the previous year, so its the biggest jump from one year to the next.

 

In terms of how each age group are ranked based on risky driving behavior, between the ages of 19-24 are the worst, then ages 25-39, ages 40-39, and young teen drivers 16-18 are ranked 4th. To see more about the risky facts of driving, WLNS has more about it.
