Terrifying Circus Accident Injures 9 Performers [VIDEO]

A shocking and terrifying accident was caught on tape on Sunday in Rhode Island, at the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus.  The "Human Chandelier" is made up of eight women hanging by their hair; the spectacular sight is enhanced with dancers below the apparatus that is suspended as high as 40 feet in the air.

During a performance on Sunday, that apparatus came crashing to the ground.  Eight women fell up to 40 feet and landed on at least one dancer below.

Though there were significant injuries, they are being called non-life-threatening this morning.  Watch the video.
