We dodged a slick, snowy bullet as a late winter, or, early spring, rather, storm blankets Michigan.  North of Lansing, a foot of snow is expected throughout the day, according to Mlive.  Meanwhile, we should expect heavy, pounding rain.

Mlive Meteorologist Mark Torregrossa says it's actually the main part of the storm that we'll be dealing with today.  So, while we won't be digging out in the Capital City, we could very well be dealing with flooding issues.

Take the umbrella today but, good news, we've got 50s and sun for Friday and Saturday!
