New Kickstarter, “Exploding Kittens,” Kicks Off With A Bang!

Kickstarter is this awesome website where people can get help starting off their different ideas. They tell you about their ideas...anything from art, to food, to technology...and you can choose to help those people out financially if you like (if you do, they usually hook you up with swag from whatever their idea is), and that's how these people get their ideas off the ground.

This week, Kickstarter has an All-Star with "Exploding Kittens". I know, the name "Exploding Kittens" sounds pretty harsh, but give it a chance; The Washington Post explains it all.

"Exploding Kittens" is a game where everyone takes turns picking a card from the pile, and if you get a card with a kitten on it, you die and are out of the game. However, the kittens bring on the destruction by themselves, like walking across a keyboard and launching a nuclear missile strike. It's pretty simple. And apparently a HUGE hit. The team began their Kickstarter with the hopes of raising $10,000... and they ended up getting ONE MILLION DOLLARS!
