Michigan (Unfortunately) Among States With High Flu Activity
It's that time of the year, when you are looking around to see where that cough came from, drinking Vitamin C, and washing your hands a lot, cause its Flu Season.
Also sorry to make this worse but flu cases are on on the rise in Michigan. According to the CDC, Michigan is among 26 states that are reporting "high activity" of reported flu cases. The CDC says this is the time for the Flu to be coming around, as it is after the holidays, and its no different now. If you want to see what other states are also high Flu states, You can click here to see their flu map.
Some things to keep in mind...stay home if you're sick, wash your hands (ALOT), take a multi-vitamin or vitamin C, and keep in mind that symptoms of the flu include fever, headache, fatigue, cough and runny nose. Doctors say it's not too late to do so, and I'll be the first to wash my hands after typing this sentence.
