Thanks to a little help from UP TV, a Christian-based television network, when commuters in the City of Lowell made some minor traffic violations that caught the eyes of local law enforcement, instead of getting a ticket (which officers normally wouldn't do in these cases anyway), these lucky law-breakers drove away with a lot more than they expected.
