HopCat Wants You To Pick Their Next Fries

HopCat is looking for your help in finding their next fries⁠—whether you like sweet, salty, or spicy, you can choose. According to MLive, all of the HopCat locations around Michigan are goin to serve their new flavors of fries and ask customers to vote on which one is their favorite. Whichever fries win after the month long contest will become part of the menu permanently like Hopcat's signature fries: the Cosmik fries.

Here are the fries that you can choose from, and they are all different in their own way. First, the sweet Funnel Cake Fries which are beer-battered fries tossed in salted caramel seasoning and you get chocolate dipping sauce. Next, the spicy Fiesta Fries which are beer-battered fries tossed in spicy taco seasoning and served with a cooling dipping sauce of sour cream. Finally, the Shakshuka Fries⁠—if you order them it sounds like “Shaq-Shoe-Ka"⁠— are beer-battered fries in popular Libyan spice Pilpelchuma and you dip them in cheese sauce.
