It's Homecoming Weekend and there are activities and events happening all week long. The big game is Saturday at 12 Noon as the Spartans take on Northwestern.

University Activities Board Presents: Q&A with Ernest Green

Learn how Ernest Green began the desegregation process and how he became a major figure in the civil rights movement. MSU Bakers cookies available for attendees.

Kick off Homecoming Weekend with a free brunch while getting a polaroid picture taken with the Spartan statue.

Honors College Pre-Parade Ice Cream Social

Join us for our 3rd annual Honors College ice cream social before the parade! We invite our alumni and their families to join us for a quick, fun and informal ice cream social at the Honors College. Enjoy MSU Dairy Store ice cream while mingling with current students and other alumni before heading over to watch the parade. No cost to attend. MSU Homecoming Parade

Downtown East Lansing and MSU Campus
The Homecoming Parade travels down Abbot to Grand River and into campus at the Farm Lane entrance, and features more than 130 entries from student and community groups and MSU departments.

Spartan Spectacular Fireworks
8:00 p.m.
Cherry Lane Field
To keep energy from the parade high, MSU will set off fireworks and illuminate the sky from campus. Hosted by the Division of Student Affairs and Services, and sponsored by the MSU Alumni Association, the MSU Interfraternity and National Pan-Hellenic Greek councils, and the Residence Halls Association, spectators can view the fireworks show from Cherry Lane Field on Shaw Lane.

Homecoming Football Game

The MSU football team and Coach Mark Dantonio will take on the Wildcats of Northwestern University for the annual Homecoming football game. Half-time will feature the Spartan Marching Band, the 2018 Homecoming Court, Homecoming Grand Marshal, and the MSU Homecoming Parade award winners.
