‘Funeral Burglar’ Victimizing Victims — Police Ask for Public’s Help

He's being called the 'Funeral Burglar;' a man police are searching for in connection with numerous break-ins that all occurred at times when the victims were away... at a funeral for a loved one.

Talk about the absolute lowest of the low.  What trash.

The Funeral Burglar has struck in four counties; Livingston, Washtenaw, Monroe and Oakland, all within the past month.

Police are asking anyone with information on the identity of the man in the pictures to reach out to the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office tip line at (734) 973-7711 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK UP.

And if, God forbid, you will be attending a funeral in the near future, it might be a good idea to ask a neighbor to keep an eye on your house.  Or, at least, roll tape.
