So you know that decaying housing/apartment complex on the corner of Dunckel and Collins in Lansing, well someone is finally going to rebuild there. You might also pass by this corner if you are hoping on to 127 North and you probably see how the environment has taken over the property, but alas you won't have wait any longer for that eye sore to go away.

According to Lansing State Journal, A four-building, $52 million apartment complex at the site of a former apartment/hotel at Dunckel and Collins roads could start construction later this year. The project could get started this summer and be finished by 2021. The project will be building a new complex there as well as having some money to fix up the road and intersection in that area. Lansing is pushing for new and more housing in Lansing as more medical officials will be living here for the McLaren Greater Lansing's new hospital.
